The plan worked fine for a growing family, but when the children moved away our clients desired a master suite.

Before we were asked to create a master suite and undertake general improvements, the house was a little tired. The original layout of this house accommodated a growing family, but when the children moved away our clients desired greater comfort and more storage. The master suite we designed includes a jetted tub in a bay, a walk-in closet, and a balcony off the master bedroom. The bathroom is designed for accessibility, with blocking for future grab-bars and plenty of space for maneuvering if accessibility ever becomes an issue. With a true master suite, a landscaped yard, and an updated color scheme, the house has a new lease on life.
