The new entry blends with the Tudor style of the house.
|
This project includes a front entry addition, bathroom remodel, and finished basement. The entry provides a place to sit comfortably and remove your shoes while enjoying the view of the Olympic Mountains to the west. The added trellis, entry doors, and patio doors create a graceful transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The clients desired a contemporary bathroom that still relates to the 1930s Tudor house. The basement was also fully refurbished to create a guestroom, library, laundry, and bathroom. More recently a small bedroom was opened to a portion of the attic and converted to an art studio.
