Capitol Hill Remodel

The program was to combine two existing bedrooms to create a master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and an expanded bathroom. The bathroom’s contemporary style incorporates some of the original detailing used throughout the early 20th century house. The master bedroom faces east, with a roof deck located just outside a set of french doors to take advantage of enchanting Cascade Mountain views. Made larger, with a new walk-in closet and private access to the bath, the master bedroom now meets the needs of a growing family.
