This weekend we were pleased as Christmas punch to see one of our projects featured in Pacific NW Magazine. This 1924 Tudor-style home has been selected as part of the Magnolia Holiday Home Tour. We renovated the house to adapt it to a contemporary lifestyle while preserving original details and taking full advantage of the sweeping views of Elliott Bay.

We were happy to partner with the interior design firm of Jennifer Randall & Associates throughout the house, including the kitchen, library, and the dramatic Art Deco-inspired powder room.

Read the whole article and see a slideshow of the house here.

Track the progress of the project on our blog, from initial demolition in July of 2013 to finishing touches in November 2014.
