Now that the framing is nearly complete, its time to install windows, complete the rough-in of the systems, insulate, and then wall board.
Fradkin Fine Construction is the contractor and contributed these photographs.
The kitchen addition with a temporary plastic roof.
Two steel beams will do most of the structural work supporting the upper floor while allowing the kitchen to be completely open to the dining room.
The hydronic heat system has been expanded to include the addition.
