This project is an example of how a basement can be a comfortable stylish living space. The added square footage also added livability to the house, providing a dedicated laundry space, a guest room and full bathroom, a media room and storage area. The center portion of the guest room closet also opens to reveal a yoga wall. Click here to see more photos of this project.
The guest room provides just enough space for yoga, along with storage closets to either side.
The bath has a claw-foot tub for soaking, along with a walk-in shower.
The laundry is conveniently located at the bottom of the stair.
The owner is pleased to have the TV out of the main living area and in a home theater with surround sound.
