Selecting a Contractor
If you have a preferred contractor or builder, we’ll coordinate with them. If not, we’ll provide a vetted list of Pacific Northwest builders with strong track records and assist with bidding and negotiation.
Fees — Clear, Predictable, Client-focused
We base fees on your project’s scope and the expertise needed to deliver it—so you get the right level of service without surprises.

New home: typically, 8–12% of construction cost

Letter of Agreement: initial payment is approximately 20% of the total architectural fee
Contract

After schematic design, a standard American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract to define scope, schedule, and responsibilities so everyone is protected and aligned
Project Timeline
Timelines depend on project size and scope. Small residential remodels often take a few months for design; larger projects require more time. We’ll define the scope with you early on and then provide a clear, customized schedule outlining key milestones and an estimated timeline for your construction completion date.

We serve all of Washington state. As NCARB certified architects, we can obtain licenses in most of the United States of America. We have completed project in Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, Maryland, Texas and even British Columbia, Canada.
