A Mixed Use Remodel - We purchased the former Jean VelDyke building in Hillman City in Spring 2024 and began construction on the tenant improvements in July. We moved ourselves in into one of the four commercial spaces in October 2024. Two long term residential tenants left in 2025, creating the need for upgrading two of the 4 apartment units.
