→ Sensitive stewardship of a landmarked building
→ Maintenance and upgrades to an aging building
→ Phased rehabilitation to accomodate available funding
→Began phased projects in 2019, working around the exterior on the most urgent issues first
→Upgrading HVAC and seismic when interior work began
→ Maintain and respect all original finishes
→Abide by the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation
