The remodel and addition for a 1950s ranch provided a new master suite, an open kitchen, and finished basement with tons of extra light and views of Lake Washington and the Cascades. Skylights, architectural enfilade, larger openings, and raising the ceiling all added the natural light that increases the sense of space and place. A small addition, a new entry porch, and an enlarged deck with a a folding door created easy indoor and outdoor living.
