A Tudor balcony unveiled.

The scaffolding was recently removed from this extensive and well crafted remodel. Historically, Tudor style homes typically do not have balconies. This design adds a balcony in a style consistent with the existing home; it could be mistaken as original to the house. Thank you to Ken and Diamond Wall Finishes for their fine craftsmanship.

The balcony cantilevers out from the house for Lake Washington views.

The beautifully detailed brackets are decorative as the balcony is supported with a steel moment frame designed by Gary at Swenson Say Faget.

The quatrefoil guard rail was custom made by OB Williams right here in Seattle.

This added balcony provides expansive views to Lake Washington.
