This project was a team effort, with TJP providing the architectural design, Lisa Staton providing interior design, including the space planning for the Primary Suite and Kitchen, Dyna doing project management and construction, Jan Satterthwaite at Vireo doing the Landscape architecture, CSES on structural design, and, of course, our clients leading the project by setting the program and the directing the feel of the overall project.
We always like to say that architecture is a team sport, and our role is to coordinate all the parts and peices, provide the direction for the structure, get permits, and a myriad of other things, In this case, we made certain the remodel and addition design was compatible with the original Charles Haynes design for the house. The Lisa Staton team and TJP collaborated to make certain that the remodel stayed true to the spirit, but the addition design, interior and out, was all TJP and the client, although the Staton team chose the exterior color. Good job guys, it is perfect! https://www.lisastaton.com/portfolio/lakewood
