To our clients, colleagues, and friends,
This week we completed our transition to working from our homes (workstations pictured here!). We remain open for business, providing both architecture and preservation services.
In the spirit of transparency and responsibility, we want you to know we are following Governor Inslee’s stay-at-home decree in order to help protect our clients, our community, and ourselves. We will make site visits to ongoing projects only to the extent allowed by the Governor’s order, while observing social distancing protocols. We are tracking developments that may change the permitting process for architecture projects. On the preservation side, we are prepared to adapt our services based on operating changes at the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, and state and county agencies. We will resume on-site research when public record archives reopen.
Like so many others, we are hastening to adapt to this different way of operating. We hope that everyone will soon be safely able to resume “business as usual,” perhaps with an increased appreciation of the connections that bind us.
Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about an ongoing project, questions about future services, or have been seized by a sudden impulse to renovate your home office.
Wishing you all safety, health, and comfort.
Studio TJP
