A contemporary remodel of the main floor of a mid-century modern home in Seattle's Seward Park neighborhood.
We created an open floor plan by opening the kitchen to the lake view and dining room, and adding a new door to the front patio. The master bath was transformed into a contemporary bathroom that has a clean spa-like atmosphere and includes acces-sible design features with an eye to aging in place. The master bathroom features a cus-tom vanity with inset sinks and a curbless shower with a barn-style sliding door. The outdated fixtures and color scheme of the guest bath were changed to have a modern, luxury feel.
