The cabinets in the corner provides a convenient place near the door to stash leashes and keys, charge phones, and change shoes.
The contractor will be installing the custom drawer fronts this week. The cabinets are stock with custom fronts to keep costs down but still provide the look the owner wanted.
With the old wall separating the dining room gone, the outdoors becomes part of the kitchen.
The new door to the front deck is already a favorite and provides cross ventilation in the mornings.
