Just in time for the rains…

The foundations are complete for this addition and the affected portions of the interior have been completely opened up. Next they will be framing — inside and out.

The siding has been removed and the house is ready for the addition to be framed.

Temporary lighting is up. this is the location of a bump-out for a window seat and covered deck beyond.

The owner is living in the home during the remodel! This is the temporary kitchen. (looks like a shop…)
